We currently serve our patients from two hospitals and two office settings (Cartersville and Calhoun). We have centralized appointments, so be sure to tell us your office of choice.

Our regular number, (678) 721-0705, is forwarded to our answering service. In the event of an emergency or any life threatening issue, dial 911 for emergency care; the emergency room physician will contact us as needed. For non-emergency issues, the on-call physician will return your call.

For patients coming to our Cartersville office, our street may not be on GPS yet. Please put in the address for the Carmike Cinema (1129 N Tennessee St, Cartersville, GA 30120). Our street (Pointe North Drive) is directly across from the movie theatre.
Coming from Route 411 near Rome, GA
Take US-411 N/GA-20 E toward Cartersville/Atlanta. Merge onto US-411 N/Joe Frank Harris Pky SE/US-41 S/GA-3 S/GA-20 E toward I-75/Canton/Cartersville for 3.2 miles. Take the US-411/GA-20 ramp toward Fairmount/Canton and then merge onto N Tennessee St/GA-61. After 0.4 miles, turn right onto Pointe North Drive which will be across from the Carmike Cinema. Our office will be on the right.
Coming from I-75
Take exit 290 onto GA-20W. After approximately 2.4 miles, turn left onto N Tennessee St/US-411/GA-20/GA-61 and continue to follow N Tennessee St/GA-61 for 0.6 miles. Turn right onto Pointe North Drive which will be across from the Carmike Cinema. Our office will be on the right.
Coming from Route 41 near Acworth, GA
Take US-41 N all the way into Cartersville. Take the GA-20 E ramp toward US-411 N/GA-61 and then quickly keep left at the fork to go on GA-20. After only 0.2 miles, turn left onto N Tennessee St/US-411/GA-20/GA-61 and continue to follow N Tennessee St/GA-61 for 0.6 miles. Turn right onto Pointe North Drive which will be across from the Carmike Cinema. Our office will be on the right.
Coming from Downtown Cartersville
From Main street, head north on Tennessee St for approximately 2 miles. Turn left onto Pointe North Drive which will be across from the Carmike Cinema. Our office will be on the left.

From Atlanta (Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport)
Take I-75/I-85 North to I-75 North from the airport. Continue North on I-75 to Exit 315 which is the Red Bud Road/Calhoun exit. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left and go under the I-75 bridge. Continue about 1/2 mile to the red light. Turn left onto Hospital Drive and proceed to 100 Hospital Court.
From Chattanooga
Take I-75 South into Georgia. Continue on I-75 South, exiting at Exit 315, which is the Red Bud Road/Calhoun exit. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right and continue to the first red light. Turn left onto Hospital Drive and proceed to 100 Hospital Court.
